We have updated our support hours and pricing structure. As many of you know the CleanSuite support rates have been the same for over 15 years! In order to adapt to the current market and continue to provide you with world-class customer service we have made the following changes: NEW Per Incident Rates: $50 USD per incident & $1 USD per minute. Of course, if you're in your first three months of support you will still continue to receive support for FREE! NEW “On the Spot” Discount: If you choose to immediately pay for your support “On the Spot” (at the end of the call,) receive a $10 discount on your total invoice amount! NEW Money Saver Plan: Pre-pay $300 USD and receive support at a reduced rate of $25 USD per incident & $1 per minute. A Money Saver plan is non-refundable but it NEVER EXPIRES! Current customers already on a money saver plan will continue receiving their existing promised rate until their balance reaches zero. At which time a new money saver plan may be purchased at the new rate. NEW Office Hours: Of course, we are still open and available seven days a week! However, we now hold the office hours of 7am - 8:00pm MST (Mountain Standard Time) In the event of an emergency (a situation in which CleanSuite will not open) outside these office hours, feel free leave a detailed voicemail and we will be happy to call you back promptly to get you back up and running.
