In order to adapt to the current market and continue to provide you with world-class customer service we have made the following changes: Per Incident Rates: $50 USD per incident & $1 USD per minute. Of course, if you're in your first three months of support you will still continue to receive support for FREE! Office Hours: 8 am - 8 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) In the event of an emergency (a situation in which CleanSuite will not open) outside these office hours, feel free to leave a detailed voicemail and we will be happy to call you back promptly to get you back up and running.
