Reconcile your cash drawer(s) and check your daily cash receipts.
Check your inventory in minutes. Alphabetically, by conveyor locations or delivery route. Using a barcode scanner, you can get an automatic report listing only missing invoices.
Determine how many new orders were brought in today or... during any time period, ranging from an hour to a year (or more).
Quick Customer Volume
You have a customer in front of you and you'd like a quick idea (without them knowing what you're doing) of just how good a customer they are. Type CV (Customer Volume) in the "Smart Command Line" and press Enter, Enter, Enter. You'll instantly see their total dollar volume and the number of orders they've had over the last six months.
Database marketing is what will make your business really hum. CleanSuite provides a vast range of reports that help you keep your customers coming back.
Some of the more useful ones are: mailing labels (or phone numbers) for new customers, upcoming birthday reminders and "finders" of good customers who have mysteriously quit coming in.
You can run lists to see just who your good customers are. And... find those who may need a friendly nudge to come back to see you.
You can sort by delivery route, customer code, phone number, zip code, postal code and charge accounts. This series of reports are the ones that will make tyour profits soar!
Select charge-account or non charge-account customers
- all invoices - or - by representative. Aged 30, 60 and 90 days.
Hit four keys and relax with a cup of coffee while your statements are emailed to your email customers and printed out for your mailing customers. And... with a couple more key strokes, you can create statement discounts and assess overdue interest charges.
Have absolute control over your route reports. Track garments ready for delivery and those held back for a re-clean. Select only the routes you want. Turn on the notes feature to help a substitute driver who doesn't know the route.

Credit Card Charges
List all your charge account customers who pay by credit card.
Print a list of orders that haven't been picked up. Phone or write these customers to keep your inventory turning over.
Check for orders that have been promised but are not yet ready.
This is a security feature that tracks all "unusual" staff activity. When your staff (if authorized) make any of a variety of changes, they need to explain "why". This information, along with dates, invoice numbers and customer details, will keep your staff honest and keep the money in your pocket, not theirs.
A detailed breakdown of the type of garments you're cleaning during any time period. You can also see what you've promised for the future, to help you schedule staff efficiently.
Find out which promotions are working and... which aren't. Analyze not only new customers attracted by a promotion but how many of your current customers used the coupon and possibly reduced your income!
